You can knit this cute little doll dress in several sizes right away and make a doll mom—whether she has a small or large doll—very happy. The pattern is so much fun that you won’t be able to stop.

Dolls need a sleeping bag, too—then the doll mom will be much more willing to go to bed, since she wants to be with her child when it falls asleep.

The sleeping bag fits dolls up to 50 cm tall and even newborns. It’s easy to knit and keeps them nice and warm.

Of course, my shop also has a pattern for a baby sleeping bag that your baby can sleep in comfortably for a whole year. It’s knitted from soft merino wool and has already brought joy to many knitters—and, of course, to the babies too.

This “Devil Hat” is suitable for dolls and babies.
I have created the pattern for you in 2 different sizes.
When a baby is on the way among friends or acquaintances,
I always give this hat as a gift in both sizes.
Sometimes I also knit a matching jacket to go with it.

My doll has a head circumference of 37 cm.
The smaller size fits her, and it also fits newborns.
If you have dolls with a larger head circumference, you can knit the larger hat.
This one fits up to a head circumference of 48 cm, and if you don’t knit too tightly, even longer.
The hat is then very stretchy and grows with the child.

Little fashion dolls, in particular, always need something new to wear every now and then. That can get pretty expensive. But not if you make the clothes yourself. You can whip up a beautiful wardrobe for the little dolls using leftover yarn.

In this combination of overalls and a quilted jacket, the little doll is sure to stay warm and always look chic. There’s also a matching headband. This outfit can be crocheted for both female and male dress-up dolls.

The fluffy jacket and hat look just like real fur, even though they were simply crocheted with thin plush yarn. A colorful loop scarf made from leftover sock yarn completes the outfit.

When it’s freezing outside, it’s time to hit the ice! To make sure the little dolls are dressed in style, they absolutely need an ice-skating outfit and skates, and to keep their ears warm, matching ear muffs are included too. To make the skates, you’ll find two suggestions in the pattern: one using hot glue and one using silk clay.

You can find even more doll clothes and doll accessories in my Doll Clothes collection!

Especially when it starts to get a little cooler, but the sun still warms us now and then, it’s nice to reach for a knitted jacket for the little ones.

This jacket can be knitted in 3 sizes (0–3 months, 6 months, and 12 months). In the pattern, I’ve provided the stitch counts for the yarn I used, and I’ve also included a sketch with the measurements in centimeters.

Even doll babies like to have warm little feet and will be happy with a pair of colorful knitted booties.

These are knitted using a set of double-pointed needles. The decorative seam is optional, and the design comes with two different cuff styles.

Anyone with children or grandchildren will sooner or later want to knit or crochet something for them.

For babies it should be lovely soft, warm, breathable, and drool-resistant yarn. You can knit my wrap cardigan in 2 sizes. Both the cardigan and the hat will grow with the baby for a few months. The pretty cable at the neckline is a decorative eye-catcher.

Wrap Cardigan with Hat for Babies

As babies get bigger, it’s time for toys. While stores sell everything colorful and made of plastic, handmade is always better. Here are two examples of mine:

Winter Cape for Little Dolls

We knit the cape in one piece from top to bottom. There are no annoying seams. The length is variable. It only takes a little yarn. It’s perfect for reenacting those well-known fairy tales with the princess at the ball.

Jackets and Pants for Little Dolls

Here’s something modern that fits today’s times. Yes, even dolls don’t always want to wear only dresses; sometimes they want something sporty, too. We crochet different jacket and pants variations for ladies and gentlemen.
