It’s cool in the shade, Josefa ;-) The sun is shining, but the temperatures are still pretty chilly, and there’s been rain and storms on and off throughout the night. I really hope it stays dry tomorrow, because the Schweinfurt Kindertafel is holding its summer festival then—it would be a real shame if it got rained out. My daughter and I, as the oldest sponsors and donors, are also invited.

It’s still gloomy and wet here in the Rhineland. Though there are breaks in the rain now and then, so at least you can make it to the trash can without getting wet.
Tomorrow evening I’m going out with a friend; other than that, I don’t have any plans for the weekend. Reading, crafts, and stuff like that—same as always.

Here in Düsseldorf, you’d think it were April. Gray skies, rain, and a few rays of sunshine.

Tomorrow I’m going to do some ironing, cleaning, and cooking. Then I finally need to get back to working on my projects. Never before, in all my time as a freelancer, have I had to force myself to finish something. BUT, the weather is supposed to get better next week. Hopefully that will give me a boost of motivation, too.

Hi everyone,
I’m camping in Croatia with my husband. It’s been raining all day today. Whenever it stops raining for a moment, it just takes a breather before starting up again even harder. Everything’s damp by now.
This isn’t exactly fun. Hopefully the rain will let up tomorrow.

I also wish you all a wonderful weekend, especially with some sunshine.

It’s supposed to start raining here any minute now—and quite heavily, continuously until tomorrow evening. At least it was nice and dry today.

The weekend won’t just be wet, but also autumnal and cool—just right for knitting.

Starting in the middle of next week, summer will be back with temperatures over 30 degrees.

The weather was fantastic again today. We were even able to sit out on the balcony again. It was so hot, though, we couldn’t stay out long.
It’s supposed to stay like this tomorrow, which is good for my mom’s birthday celebration.
I’m still on sick leave—those stupid coughing fits, still going on.

At least my kids are visiting.

Sunday evening. The weather here in the eastern part of the country is also a bit mixed. Perfect for knitting—with an exciting audiobook.
Last night, though, I was lucky enough to sit for hours with a few former classmates in an old market square in beautiful weather, talking about old times and our current woes (we’re all over 60 :-)).

It’s only Saturday evening here. :-))

That’s right! I’d completely lost track of time. But it gets even better: I was supposed to have a Monday appointment today ;-)
