do you have children / grandchildren who are starting school this year, starting kindergarten, or changing schools?

I have both.
Child #4 is starting school and the little one is starting preschool.
It all kicks off on August 8 and August 9, respectively.

Here, the school break is almost over, while in other states it’s just getting started...

People are already talking about the start of school again, and in Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg, classes don’t even start until this week. In Bavaria, report cards are handed out on July 31, and in Baden-Württemberg on July 27.
I only have one grandchild left who’s still in school, and she’ll be starting 8th grade at a Gymnasium next year.
