Dear users, dear authors,
if you like Bobbels / gradient yarn and maybe have Bobbel leftovers /, then you can find suitable patterns or ideas for using up leftovers here. Have fun with it.

@Authors,
a maximum of 3 patterns per author is enough. Don’t forget links, images, information, etc. All patterns presented here must have at least 10 sales / a CR of at least 2% and must not have been presented in the forum in the past 3 weeks.

With just one beautiful skein of variegated yarn, you can crochet a lovely 70 x 70 cm merino wool blanket. I crocheted this one for my grandson. The pattern is designed so that you could keep crocheting it endlessly. If I’d wanted a larger blanket, I could have used a second skein. Crocheting this endless blanket is a lot of fun, and you always look forward to the new color, which flows in very gently thanks to the long color gradients.

I hope you enjoy crocheting it.
Warm regards from Ina

  Octopus Oskar
If you have a leftover (approx. 50 g) of a four-strand Bobbel in aqua colors, you can crochet this cute octopus from it. The gentle color gradient creates a very special effect. I used Rico Creative Bobbel (color 004) for it. I crocheted the inside of the tentacles with white yarn. You’ll need about another 20 g for that.

  Autumn Leaf Shawl
The Autumn Leaf Shawl features bright autumn colors and its special shape. It is worked a little longer at the back, so it keeps your back nice and warm on cool evenings outdoors. You need about 250 g of gradient yarn. The shawl can also be made very well with leftover yarn.

You can whip up this dirndl shawl from a 1000m-long gradient yarn cake.

If you’d like to add fringe, you can simply use a few color-coordinated scraps or plan for an extra 100m.

Even if you don’t have, want, or need a dirndl, you can still crochet yourself a shawl—after all, fall is just around the corner.
