This shopping bag is crocheted in Tunisian simple stitch. You don’t need to know this technique yet, because it is explained in detail in the pattern. All you need in addition to the yarn is a Tunisian crochet hook. You’ll use it to crochet just one rectangle, which is then folded and sewn together. That’s why this kind of bag is also called an origami bag. It looks especially beautiful with gradient yarn in shades of yellow and orange.



The bright yellow chick dish sponge adds an intense splash of color to the kitchen. Don’t worry if it gets dirty quickly!  You can wash it in the washing machine at 60°, and afterward it will be just as bright yellow and as good as new again!
