For the weekend, I have 3 summery crochet patterns for you, all of which can be made using leftover yarn:

This reading pillow is a great project for using up leftover yarn. It’ll come in handy this summer when you want to get cozy in your lounge chair. It can be used as a neck pillow, reading support, or knee support.
You’ll need colorful leftover yarn of the same type (about 110 g total) and a contrasting color (also about 110 g).

Another great project for using up yarn scraps is these lanterns, which will bathe your balcony or patio in atmospheric light on summer evenings. For one lantern, you’ll need about 60 g of acrylic yarn, as well as two metal rings with a diameter of 15 cm. The lanterns can only be lit with LED lights, such as an LED string of lights, since these lights don’t get hot.

Perfect for taking along on trips or to the pool—and also easy to make with leftover yarn: the crocheted board game “Mouse Hunt.” The goal of the game is to catch as many mice as possible. The rules are included in the crochet pattern. However, you can also adapt the rules however you like.
