Favorite Yarn

Which wool / yarn do you currently like best?

I don’t have one specific favorite yarn that I use for everything. It’s important to me that the yarn, the project (and, if applicable, the pattern) go well together. For example, I would never knit a baby jacket from angora yarn because the child could inhale the inevitable fuzz. And I don’t think potholders in a lace pattern make much sense either. :-)
