Wishing everyone a lovely and relaxing long weekend.

The weather here isn’t supposed to be great—cool and wet.

Tomorrow we were planning to go to the Esslingen Garden Days—of course, the plan was to buy some new flowers for the garden again. We’ll see what the weather has in store. It’s not really much fun if it rains.

Otherwise, lots of crafts, walks, and just relaxing.

Wishing you all a wonderful long weekend and a great start to May, too! It’s pretty much the same here—the weather’s been rather mixed, cool and wet, so lounging around, reading, and doing crafts are the main activities.
There’s always something to do around the house, but I’ve already taken care of all my errands today, so everything’s pretty relaxed.

Thanks to all of you. I hope you’re all having a wonderful weekend here with spring-like temperatures. Spring is finally here for us, and I’m going to enjoy the garden. I’m really looking forward to it.

Thanks, and have a great weekend, everyone! The weather here is a bit hit-or-miss. Since I’m not feeling great right now—my bones are acting up again, probably because of this lousy weather ;-)—we’ll be staying home. There’s always something to do, so we won’t get bored.

I have a concert today and tomorrow,
but I’d almost rather work through my fabric stash—I was at the fabric market yesterday, and it was simply wonderful. 😊

I’m currently working on getting my new life a little more organized, with the help of my three kids today. This afternoon, we started off with a walk through the woods to a nearby pond; now it’s time to make the most of the time our son still has here, take care of some administrative stuff, and think about my future. Crafting would be a good distraction, but I haven’t had much time for it lately…

It was actually sunny today—hard to believe. So I spent a nice two hours sitting on the balcony. Now it’s clouding over again, so it can rain properly tomorrow.

It’s been nice here, too. Yesterday we went to a flea market and spent some time in the garden.


We even brought a little gnome home with us.
