I’m in the middle of cleaning out my closets, so I’ve got my hands full :-)
But tomorrow afternoon, I’m going to buy myself some new double-barreled slingshots (i.e. bras ;-) :-))—I’ve lost so much weight that none of the ones I still have lying around fit me properly anymore.

Spring has finally arrived here this weekend! So I’ll be spending a lot of time in the garden—pulling weeds, replanting, doing all the usual garden stuff—soaking up the sun, drinking coffee, and eating cake, watching the bees pollinate our cherry blossoms… and, of course, crocheting away. I need to finish that new pattern.

There’s a flea market here on Sunday. We’ll go for a stroll and see if anything catches our eye.

It’s stopped raining! Yippee! Sometime last night, the constant downpour finally let up.
I was finally able to clean the balcony and repot the rosemary.
The lawn mowers are running nonstop in the neighborhood—everyone’s taking advantage of the dry day, since it’s supposed to rain again starting tomorrow.
I know nature needs plenty of water—and I’m happy to give it that—but this months-long gloom is really getting me down. That’s why I just bought a daylight lamp; I think it’s worth it in our part of the world.
And then I still need to pick out some nice patterns, because of course I also got some yarn for my birthday. And books—so the next few rainy days are all set.

Luckily, I only need to go out into the garden… and THERE it is, my vacation!
I’m currently building myself a new TOTEM … as a climbing aid for the grapevine
- luckily, I found some old wood in the attic…

I imagine it’ll look wonderful when the grapes are hanging from the wings on the left and right later on…

It’s the weekend again 🙈.... I didn’t get much done this week.... or so it feels 🙊
But when I think about it, I’ve actually gotten quite a bit done......
So thank you, and I wish the same for all of you—a peaceful, beautiful, and contented weekend 🌻🌞

Here, the snow is close by—sometimes white, sometimes green again...... right now it’s green...

I’ll be spending time in the garden too, just like I did today. The plants are already waiting, and of course I’ll have my knitting with me.

I have the whole weekend off again for a change. Today we were able to move our coffee break out onto the balcony—it was wonderfully warm in the sun; you can really soak up the sunshine. After all those rainy days, that felt really good.
If the weather cooperates, we’ll go on a little bike ride tomorrow, somewhere along the Havel River.
And definitely some crafts.

Hi everyone,

we have guests and are otherwise spending a lot of time in the garden: We’re building a greenhouse! Also, it’s my daughter’s birthday on Monday—so sewing is unfortunately taking a back seat this weekend—but things will be better again next week!!
