By following the blogger, you’ll receive blog subscription notifications for all posts. There isn’t a favorites list for individual blog posts.
You could manage this externally by saving them as bookmarks or sharing them on social media.

I created a folder for this in my bookmarks list and drag the respective links into it.
That way, I always have all the blog patterns in one place.
