Ich kann leider die Dateien nicht öffnen , kann ich da vielleicht einen Tipp bekommen?

willkommen bei uns im Forum. Hast Du den PDF-Reader von Acrobat oder einen ähnlichen PDF-Reader bei Dir auf dem PC instaliert? Ohne das gehts nicht.

Einen Pdf-Reader kannst du kostenfrei runterladen. Eine sichere Seite dafür ist immer Chip:

Oder verwende die Seite von Adobe (= Herstellerseite):
https://get.adobe.com/de/reader/

Bei beiden Seiten aufpassen, dass die zusätzlichen Angebite abgehakt werden.
