Hardworking little helpers: finish a UFO today

Dear users, dear authors,
dear little helpers,
do you have a UFO—an unfinished object or craft project—that you can finish today? Then let’s get started. :-)
What else are you working on, aside from your UFO?

Yes, I have a UFO that I’ll finish today. It’s a knitted blanket made from scraps. Most of the yarn comes from swap packages. I’ll be able to show it off soon. But once it’s finished, I still have to weave in the ends, wash it, and stretch it out. All things I don’t really like, but they have to be done.

Actually, though, I’m more in the mood for sewing. I want to sew a few T-shirts for myself. A woman always needs those. I just printed out the pattern. So I’ll also spend the afternoon gluing all the pattern pieces together. I’ll do the sewing tomorrow.

Hi, I also have plenty of loose threads to tie off and googly eyes to sew on🥴, but I just can’t seem to get motivated right now. Maybe over the weekend.

I won’t be able to finish any UFOs today, but I’m continuing to work on my quote blanket, which I designed myself.

It’s not really a UFO—a temperature blanket like this just takes a year.
At first, I was a little disappointed by 9 days of similar temperatures; now, of course, it’s more striped, but the constant ups and downs over the last few days have not only made my circulation go haywire but also left me with lots of loose threads to weave in.
But today I’ve finished everything—it’s all up to date!

@veronika-t15 would you mind showing us your blanket? After all, it’s already 2.5 months old. I’m definitely curious about the colors

As for me, no UFO cleanup today. Right now I’m surrounded by an unfinished bunny and a hat where I still need to weave in the ends. Then there’s a blanket to my left, and to my right I started a loop scarf two days ago. I found some yarn I didn’t like in the farthest corner and actually just wanted to try out the pattern...

But I’m going to finish everything this week except for the blanket. 

On the coldest day, it was 1 degree at noon; on the warmest, 18. So the temperature range isn’t all that wide yet, but it’s still quite varied.

I really like it so far. I’m curious to see when and with what colors you’ll continue. Does that mean you always check at the same time and place, or do you get the info from the internet?

No, I personally check our thermometer at 12 o’clock sharp. Since we’re not traveling anymore, that’s no problem.
