The reading pillow is a comfortable neck pillow that ensures a relaxed posture while reading, no matter what your favorite position is when you’re curling up with a book. It’s perfect for working on while watching TV, since the pattern is very simple. You can use up your colorful leftover yarn to make this reading pillow.

The color change is easy (even so, there are only 2 ends to weave in), and the pattern consists mainly of crocheted shells. That makes it TV-friendly and quick to crochet. To achieve a lovely effect, you can use a gradient yarn cake and keep the contrasting color solid. Or you can take 2 identical yarn cakes and work one from the inside and the other from the outside.
