Thank you so much for your kind words, Monika. “May everything go well for me”—I could really use that on Saturday, since I want to serve my guests fresh, homemade rolls. I’ve been baking my own bread for years, but rolls… I feel like I have some bad karma to work off there.

Karola, I’m sure your rolls will turn out great, too. I had a few failed attempts back then as well. But after a lot of trial and error, they finally turned out really well. Back then, there was no internet, but today you can find lots of great recipes online to try out.
