what are you working on today?

Christmas is fast approaching. We need to finish up the last few gifts. I still have to knit half of my half-round warm scarf. Luckily, the rows are getting shorter again now.

I’m still crocheting a back scrubber, in colors that match the bathroom. 

I’m currently crocheting a little grinning bear before moving on to the surprise pattern from the Advent calendar.

Right now I’m making felt shoes for my sweetheart—size 46—it’ll be really interesting to see what’s left after they’re washed. 

Wow, you’ve got some lovely things on your needles.

I just finished some wrist warmers for my girlfriend. Now I’m making her a matching hat to go with them. Then the package can be on its way.

 a huge pillow that has been with me for 30 years is getting a new cover
I just can't get rid of it because it has such a nice quality.
So I decided to crochet a new cover for it, and I've been working on it all day today
And I may only be halfway done

I’m still working on my wide scarf—it’ll take a while yet before it’s finished, but I’ve already gotten a little more than halfway there in terms of length

As usual for me, I’m working on several things at once: I’m already crocheting something for Easter, knitting an infinity scarf for my winter vacation in February 2023 (and I plan to knit a matching hat to go with it)... and today my husband said he still needs a scarf for the vacation... in black, of course...

Yes, the orders and requests never end. 

Once I’ve finished the felt shoes, next is a headband for my son-in-law. 

And my grandson keeps me supplied with socks that I get to darn holes in. 

Simply lovely 

I’m taking advantage of this quiet time and have started updating the first pattern from when I first started—which means crocheting it again, taking photos, and choosing different wording where necessary. I’ve found my style now, and I think the structure of my first patterns is just so-so, and the photos are really bad. Luckily, there aren’t that many—let’s see how long I feel like working on them

@Petra, that cushion cover looks amazing.
As always, I’ve got several projects on the go.
I still need to sew together and embroider the bear sweater for my granddaughter, and I’m making bed socks for Mom. A few days ago, my husband’s daughter realized she urgently needs warm mittens for pushing the stroller. 
So my own projects and writing up patterns will have to be put off until next year again, because I still have to get the house in order, do a big grocery run, and bake cookies...😂😂😂

Those are some beautiful pictures you have there.
Just to be safe, I removed the picture with the book because I don’t know if the authors would approve, and I don’t have time to check with them.
The hearts and fillable cupcakes turned out great.
