Snow

... I don't think we've had snow this early (Nov. 19) here in Main-Franconia in 50 years [Image removed][Image removed][Image removed] Okay, it won't stick anyway—it's still too warm for that, and the snow is too wet.

Oh—nice or bad?

I’m keeping a close eye on the temperatures here, since my turtles are still in the greenhouse. It was +7 degrees this morning (near Stuttgart).

We’ve got a bit of blue sky, too, but no sun.

No, it’s not a big deal, Petra—just very unusual for our area, which is why it’s worth mentioning :-)

Wow, it snowed right onto the leaves—that’s really hard on the trees.
Unfortunately, here it’s just overcast and rainy at 5 degrees.

By the way, the smileys are super cute!

It’s just cloudy and gray here, too, but at 7 degrees, it’s still too warm for snow.

Snow..... how lovely.
We only had a little bit of sleet on the paths... And yesterday there were a few flakes....
That makes going for a walk with my “little one” (46 kg) a bit more of a workout.... She loves snow, is a total “winter dog,” and can hardly contain herself. 

Unfortunately, the snow is already gone again because we’ve had temperatures up to 8–9°+ over the last two days and around 3–4°+ at night—so the snow doesn’t stick around.
