Dear users, dear authors,
is the wave pattern used in this pattern somewhat similar to a cable pattern?

Even though this wave pattern might vaguely resemble a cable pattern, there are no cables or crossed stitches here! The pattern is created purely through decreases and increases—which I find much more convenient than cables ;-)
