Sure, I’m actually in the middle of embroidering one of my many angels right now, because I still need a birthday present for my sister this month—I’m going to embroider her a guardian angel, which she definitely needs.

Of course. I’m currently crocheting mice in different sizes. It’s really fun with the various patterns from here.
A friend of mine is turning 60 next weekend. We want to give her a big jar filled with chocolate coins, banknotes, and the crocheted mice as decorations.

Yes, Josefa, thank goodness that’s the case. What’s tough for me and my daughters is that we’re not allowed to visit her—it’s way too dangerous for her to catch something from us. My daughters always call her “our second mom” because she spent so much time with me when my girls were still little.

That really isn’t easy. At my mother-in-law’s hospice, there were rooms separated by a glass partition, so at least you could go there and see each other when the patient wasn’t allowed any direct contact.

Yes, I sat on the balcony in the sun and kept crocheting my scarf—it’ll be finished soon.
