Uploading images isn't working

Hi, I can't upload an image here in the forum or anywhere else on your site.
What could be causing this?
I've already scaled the image down to the smallest possible size.

Hi Gabriela,
Welcome to our forum and platform.
Which browser are you using? Could you try switching to a different browser to upload the image? That might solve the problem.

Oh, thank you so much for the quick reply. I’m using Firefox, the latest version… but I’ll try Chrome now… thanks for the tip. I’ll check back in shortly…

If necessary, you can send me the image via PM = private message
then I can upload it for you, or I can edit a post of your choice for you and add the image there.

I tried using Safari, but even there it just keeps loading and loading—it still doesn’t work.
I also tried dragging the image into the field, but I get the message: “The entered data is invalid!”

Same here! I'm using Chrome—it starts loading and just keeps loooading...

I’m not having any problems with Firefox,
but I’ll pass this on to technical support so the issue can be resolved.
Please be a little more patient, and thank you for your understanding.
