Keychains + Bag Charms: Make Small Leftover Yarn Projects Now

do you still have colorful leftover yarn? Here in this thread you can find great patterns for keychains + bag charms, shop for them right away,  download them, and then enjoy making them. It’s cheaper with a store credit account.

Little flowers are always a lovely little gift, and the little flower Rita brings especially long-lasting joy. Quickly crocheted from colorful leftover yarn, it’s a great gift when you need something in a hurry. This is a wonderful way to use up leftover yarn, and the finished flower brings lasting joy as a keychain or bag charm.

Little Luise the giraffe is about 14 cm tall and can be crocheted from yellow and brown leftover yarn. Kids especially love this cute bag charm. The pattern is about 6 pages long, and the spotted pattern is crocheted in directly and written out round by round.



The male and female lions make great keychains for Leos or lion fans. Here, too, you can use up leftover yarn. The lion’s mane is crocheted using fringed yarn, but you can also tie in individual fringes.


This little airplane is very easy to make, so it’s suitable even for beginners. You can also crochet several in different colors and arrange the airplanes into a mobile for a child’s room.

Don’t throw away your colorful leftover yarn; crochet a cute, colorful cat from it instead. Any colors are possible, as long as the leftovers are the same thickness.
