Highlighting the waist

Back when I still had a slim waist, I liked to show it off. But now... I’d rather not! You don’t necessarily have to draw attention to your problem areas, do you?

🤣🤣 Exactly! To accentuate it, I’d first have to find it....

Waist? That’s hard for me, since I’ve always had a “tree trunk” figure.
Even back when I was at a normal weight, my waist was nowhere to be found.

In a nutshell: No! 🤣🤣

Oops... waist 🤔 Where is that? Hahaaaa

No, I’m more likely to hide it. I’ve never had a model figure. 😅

Those of us who are horizontally slim don’t have anything like a waist, and what isn’t there can’t be emphasized either :-) :-) :-)

I’ll go along with the others here....
“Back in the day,” when I weighed about 54 kg and was 165 cm tall, yes, I had a waist, and I liked to show it off. But at some point, it “disappeared” and never really came back. So I don’t even try to show it off anymore. 

Horizontally slim—that’s it! 🤣
I have a fun story about this. I have two split fingernails, which is very uncomfortable. So I regularly go to the nail salon to have them fixed with acrylic. And while I’m there, they might as well paint my nails in bright colors—usually really bright ones.
Once I was sitting there next to a woman who was just as horizontally slim as I am. They were painting my nails neon pink, and she was hesitating—natural, beige, pale pink, anything but standing out.... Then she looked at me with wide eyes and asked where I got the courage. I told her, “It’s such a great way to take the focus off my belly!”
Then she shouted loudly across the whole salon: “Purple for me!” 🤣🤣🤣

I like to accentuate my waist. I often feel more comfortable that way. I’m not thin anymore, but my waist is still narrower than my wide hips. My shoulders are as narrow as my hips are wide, so in clothes that are too straight and loose-fitting, I sometimes feel downright boxy^^

Two pictures—I think they’re even from the same day—both are comfortable and I generally like wearing them, but I prefer my silhouette in the first one.
