I’d also like to wish everyone a wonderful long weekend!
It’s supposed to rain quite a bit here, but I always have plenty to do—reading, crocheting, and so on—and tomorrow I’d like to bake a cake again; it’s been a long time since I last did.
Tomorrow night I’m going out for a girls’ night out—maybe there’ll be game or mussels on the menu? Either way, it’s definitely going to be fun, and I don’t have to drive—how nice!

A lovely long weekend from me too, and a (hopefully) golden October.

September bid us farewell yesterday with its sunny weather, and October is starting off with rain here today. So I’ll be spending a lot of time on the sofa today, continuing to crochet a gift for my son.
