Have a wonderful weekend, everyone.
It’s gloomy and gray here, and very muggy, but it looks like we won’t get any rain. At least it’s supposed to stay under 30 degrees—that’s something, at least.
I’m making good progress on crocheting the Halloween decorations—I’m sure I’ll finish something this weekend. Otherwise, there’s still a bit of “occupational therapy” waiting for me around the house… With this heat, I’ve only been doing the bare minimum, so now I can finally tackle a few of those tasks.
Have a great weekend, too!
Tomorrow is our 6th wedding anniversary :-)
Mr. notnadel is grilling steaks on the contact grill, and I’m making Italian-style stuffed baked potatoes to go with them, plus coffee-coconut cream with raspberries for dessert.
Before or after that, we’re heading to the movies, and later we’ll have a cocktail.
Otherwise, there’s a chance I’ll finish my current sewing project this weekend—I’m turning a large men’s T-shirt into a short shirt dress.
We took advantage of yesterday’s sunny day and went on our first little hike in the mountains with our grandchildren (ages 3 and 5).
It was really lovely and exciting.
Now we can use this rainy weekend to tackle all the little chores around the house.
A bit of computer work is on the agenda, too.
And, of course, some crocheting (what else? :-) )
