Oh, Inge, every little animal you make is prettier than the last. I was still delighted by your white bear, and now along comes a little seahorse. 

Your gift box is filling up. It’ll surely be hard to choose which one is the nicest.

I especially like the seahorse. It’s so green and fluffy, and it looks so cute. Oh, and Inge, with your stuffed animals I’d love to be a child again. Your daughters and grandkids were/are lucky to have you.

What kind of sewing machine do you have? I only have a simple “Singer” for home use.

Andrea, I sew with the Pfaff Expression 3.2. It’s a great little machine, and I’ve had it for about 6 or 7 years now.

Is that woodruff green on the seahorse?

No idea, Josefa—this green plush fabric was a donation from a fellow member of my sewing forum. At the end of March, I received a huge package filled with plush and fleece fabrics so that I wouldn’t have to cover the cost of materials all by myself when I sew for the Kindertafel. I was so happy about it, and I wanted to do something nice for her, but she said, “Just show me what you sew—that’s thanks enough for me.” :-)
