Therapeutic Fasting / No Craft Fasting

Dear users, dear authors,
have any of you ever tried therapeutic fasting?
I’m guessing none of you would want to try craft fasting, right?

I used to do it every year—once even for three weeks. It worked great, and I had lots of energy and plenty of time. I’m actually thinking about starting it up again.

A “handwork fast”—oh no, I have no plans to do that.

Taking a break from crafting? I did that for decades, but it’s not an option anymore.
Therapeutic fasting? That’s really not my thing—I tried it once, but gave up. I need something crunchy and crispy between my teeth. :-)))

I’m not really the type of person who enjoys fasting. I love eating too much for that.

For me, a break from crafting only ever happens in phases, and only when I’m forced to because I just don’t get around to it :D
