I’m currently turning a lot of my leftover yarn into doll clothes. That’s what I enjoy most. My granddaughter is getting a little doll—35 cm tall—for her 3rd birthday, along with lots of clothes. She loves dressing and undressing her dolls.

I always save a few for little projects, like small animals or things like that, but I regularly fill up a box and trade them at a swap meet—since I do a lot of handicrafts, it would otherwise become too much.

Right now, I’m knitting cuffs for felted shoes. That’s a great way to use up my merino scraps.

Little flowers in lots of different colors—I use those to wrap small gifts... for example, orange for orange marmalade, yellow for dandelion honey, dark pink for rose sugar... I crochet brown covers for nuts, for nut liqueur... :-)

I donated all my leftover yarn, along with my knitting needles and crochet hooks. I had several sets of double-pointed needles lying around in duplicate and triplicate, so into the donation box they went.
