Can someone explain to me how to work 3Rmd? Thanks, Heike

Hello Heike,

I’m guessing it’s meant to say “Rdm,” which stands for “edge stitch.”
Depending on how it’s specified in the pattern, 3 edge stitches can be worked in garter stitch, ribbing, or as an I-cord. There are many other possibilities as well.

Thanks for the help. Yes, it’s supposed to mean “edge stitch” — the pattern just says “3Rdm,” and before that it only says “1Rdm.” How can I figure out what’s meant? Best regards, Heike

Hmm, I'd need to know which pattern you're using. Maybe I can figure something out from the picture.
Or you could contact the designer directly....
