For me, it depends on the weather; right now it’s stormy and damp, so I’ll be crocheting as long as I have a quiet moment.

I’m hoping for some sunshine without the storm—it would be nice to do some work in the garden.

Otherwise, I’ll just take it easy, spend time with my family, and do some crafts if I have time.

It’s much the same here. If the weather turns out to be decent and dry, I’ll go for a walk; otherwise, I’d like to read, crochet, sew again, and so on.

I’m going to use the weekend to clean up and declutter. And my new babies need clothes. I’m going to start thinking about that now.

Today I took my car 🚗 to a specialist workshop. There, they’ll detail the car and repair a small bit of damage to the soft top.
Then nothing will stand in the way of getting the historic license plate next month. My car retired at the same time I did, and it’s over 30 years old.
I’m sooo excited to see my little speedster shine in its former glory.
And under a clear blue sky, too.
Ah, that feels good.

Petra, that’s so cool. So now you have a classic car. Our car will qualify next year. We just love it too much, so we’ll probably get an “H” plate for it too. :-)

The Babylock Enspire 😍—I thought long and hard, compared options, and thought it over again before deciding to buy the “Ferrari”....It’s expensive, but threading it is a breeze, and it’s a pleasure to use in every other way, too. 😊

The sun finally came out here today—a gorgeous blue sky, skyscrapers against the sky, wonderfully fresh air, but... freezing cold.

I need to recover. My cough is starting to ease up, but that’s about it.
It’s also this uncertainty of having to wait until Monday to find out whether it’s COVID-19 or just this cold, because I’ve never felt this bad before.

We had set out to tackle a big project today and got a lot done. We tidied up and cleaned the shelves, cabinet compartments, and drawers. In the process, we sorted out six pairs of shoes, countless pairs of socks, quite a few books and magazines, games, and a stack of ancient instruction manuals. I’ll take whatever’s still in good condition to the thrift store. We’re not only happy that everything is nice and clean, but especially that a two-meter-wide shelf and a large drawer are now empty and ready to be restocked.
