Here are my suggestions for the weekend for you

Knitted Baby Shoes with slipped stitches - knitted with a set of double-pointed needles, and you can also use up smaller yarn scraps here.

Maybe you’d like to make something for spring? This hat is knitted with yarn overs, making it very airy for the nicer days of the year. The hat can be knitted from size 33 cm head circumference up to 55 cm.

Do you still have sock yarn at home? Spiral Socks are perfect for a weekend. These socks are knitted without a heel, so they fit many shoe sizes. They grow along with the child, which is ideal for kids.

Maybe you’re in the mood for a double-face knitting project this weekend? This knitting technique lets you knit wonderful motifs, and your projects always have two beautiful sides. Learning double-face isn’t difficult at all. A detailed pattern for the basics is always included. You’ll also find a free pattern for a practice piece in my shop if you’d like to try the technique first.

These 6 different dishcloths or washcloths are a really great weekend and leftover-yarn project. They work up quickly, and your leftover yarn stash gets smaller. Along the way, you’ll learn 6 different knit-purl patterns and can then use them for other projects too.

This cowl made from thin leftover yarn can also be finished knitting in one weekend. Whether two-colored or made from colorful yarn, it always looks pretty—for her or for him. The pattern is made up of knit and purl stitches.

These two different sleeping bags for small dolls or stuffed animals up to 20 cm are very quick to finish—even using leftover yarn. They are very easy and also suitable for beginners with basic skills.

Today I’m showing you my 3 latest patterns, all of which can be made with leftover yarn. Why not take a look in your yarn basket right now to see if you have any suitable leftover yarn at home:

You can crochet this beautiful owl mask using leftover cotton yarn in shades of brown. It can be used as a decoration or for dressing up during Carnival season.

To crochet this cute Cupid, you’ll need about 30 g of skin-colored cotton yarn and just a few small amounts of leftover yarn in red, white, brown, and gold. Maybe you can surprise your loved one with Cupid for Valentine’s Day?

And finally, something to knit: For the doll sweater, you’ll need a small amount of leftover sock yarn. If you use patterned yarn, you don’t have to worry about the striped pattern—it’ll happen all on its own. The sweater has a turtleneck and is knitted as a raglan from the top (RVO). It fits fashion dolls about 30 cm tall—both male and female! There is also a pattern for a hat.

Headbands and hats can be made in a short time. In any case, they’ll be finished in a weekend. They keep your ears warm and are still decorative. You can find the patterns in my Blickfang-Design store.

A small craft project can bring so much joy on the weekend and give you some relaxing time. Here I have a few lovely suggestions for you right away. For all of them, you only need a little yarn, which you’re sure to find in your yarn stash.

I hope you enjoy looking at them and making them yourself... and of course, have a lovely weekend.

Warm regards from Ina

Universal Cowl for the Whole Family
For an adult you need 150 g of yarn, and for a child 100 g of yarn. You can knit it either in a solid color or with gradient yarn. It is quick to knit and flattering to wear.

Fingerless Mitts with a Decorative Cable

You can knit them in 2 sizes. There is a pretty cable on top. The inside is knitted in stockinette stitch. They have a shaped thumb gusset so that the mitts fit perfectly. You only need 50 or 60 g. You can knit them in a solid color or with gradient yarn—depending on what you want to wear them with.

Doll Clothing Series "Swing"
This one is crocheted. You have 6 different models to choose from. Everything can be combined wonderfully, creating a lovely new doll wardrobe. Maybe also as an Easter gift?
