Paid for a pattern with a credit card, but nothing happened

Hello,

I ordered a paid pattern; it’s in my shopping cart, I paid for it with a credit card, but nothing happened.

How do I get my pattern now?

go to your account and then to Downloads; you’ll find it there

I’ve already tried that. I just tried it with a free pattern, and it works perfectly. But the paid one is still in my shopping cart and says it needs to be paid for. I already did that, though.
