Different patterns are crocheted for this angel, but basically they are just double crochets and chain stitches, single crochets and picots. The angel was made from white cotton yarn (for filet crochet). The hair is made from Catania glamour (= cotton yarn with silver thread), and glitter yarn from Gründl was used for the crown and the silver borders. And yes: the sheet music made from translucent paper is of course another material too ;-))

Lots of different yarns were used when crocheting the Three Wise Men, because they were made from leftover yarn: cotton yarn for the bodies of the people and animals, sock yarn for the clothing, saddle and bridle, glitter yarn for the gifts, eyelash yarn for the horse's mane, scrubby yarn for the borders, embroidery floss for the crown... And then everything was also decorated with rhinestones.
If you want to crochet these nativity figures yourself, there are no limits to your imagination. Just see what you have in your leftover basket, get inspired, and get started!

Hoppel the bunny, a baby's first cuddly toy, was very deliberately crocheted from three different yarns to give the baby a very special tactile experience.
The head, paws, and bobtail are made with single crochet from thin chenille yarn (Katia velvet fine), while the body is made from cotton yarn (Schachenmayr Catania) and teddy yarn (Schachenmayr Lenja Baby soft). It is crocheted with double crochet stitches. This makes it easy to find the stitch placement even in the teddy yarn.
And the inside of the ears is then decorated with fabric as well (velour fabric for the blue bunny, or cotton fabric for the pink bunny).
