Different patterns are crocheted for this angel, but basically they are just double crochets and chain stitches, single crochets and picots. The angel was made from white cotton yarn (for filet crochet). The hair is made from Catania glamour (= cotton yarn with silver thread), and glitter yarn from Gründl was used for the crown and the silver borders. And yes: the sheet music made from translucent paper is of course another material too ;-))

Lots of different yarns were used when crocheting the Three Wise Men, because they were made from leftover yarn: cotton yarn for the bodies of the people and animals, sock yarn for the clothing, saddle and bridle, glitter yarn for the gifts, eyelash yarn for the horse's mane, scrubby yarn for the borders, embroidery floss for the crown... And then everything was also decorated with rhinestones.
If you want to crochet these nativity figures yourself, there are no limits to your imagination. Just see what you have in your leftover basket, get inspired, and get started!

Hoppel the bunny, a baby's first cuddly toy, was very deliberately crocheted from three different yarns to give the baby a very special tactile experience.
The head, paws, and bobtail are made with single crochet from thin chenille yarn (Katia velvet fine), while the body is made from cotton yarn (Schachenmayr Catania) and teddy yarn (Schachenmayr Lenja Baby soft). It is crocheted with double crochet stitches. This makes it easy to find the stitch placement even in the teddy yarn.
And the inside of the ears is then decorated with fabric as well (velour fabric for the blue bunny, or cotton fabric for the pink bunny).

Funpun is a sweater that lets you use up your leftover yarn for size 3 crochet hooks. Funpun also features a variety of patterns.

Since the sweater is crocheted in one piece, you’ll save yourself the trouble of sewing.
The size can be adjusted to fit you.

The PDF file is designed for beginners and contains 4 pages.

I love knitting with a mix of patterns. And that’s why I have various models in my shop, too. Here are my favorite models for you.

This colorful mixed-pattern knitted cardigan with hat fits dolls measuring 43–50 cm, but also small newborns. The cardigan is knitted very simply with raglan from the top down. It’s also a great way to use up different leftover yarn.

These socks are also knitted in a mix of patterns and are very easy to make with the mowi heel and 3 needles. A whole new way to knit socks. You’ll really enjoy it. The pattern also includes information for different sizes.

This baby pinafore dress is also knitted in a mix of patterns and even includes a heart pattern. It fits a baby of about 6 months and grows with them up to age 3. It’s a joy to knit and, of course, even more fun to give as a gift or put on.

For the Christmas tree ornaments shown here, I tested several different types of paper and even mixed them for three of the ornaments.

For the outer shape, I used photo cardstock, pearlescent cardstock, holographic paper, and glitter paper. For the inside, holographic paper and mirror-finish paper were the perfect choices: Because these two types of paper are highly reflective, they were just right for my purposes!

The ornaments are about 7.7 cm tall.

They aren’t difficult to make, but as with all small models, you’ll need well-developed fine motor skills.
