Hardworking little helpers: Are you working hard?

dear little helpers,
what are you working on today?

I’m going to put together some sewing patterns for the winter jacket I want to sew. The two from last year and 2019 fit me like the proverbial square peg in a round hole: one is at least three sizes too big and the other two sizes too big, so I need something new.
I’ve lost about 20 kilos over the last 2 years :-) but I still have a good 30 to go

Inge, those kilos have really dropped off you. Not even a belt will help hold anything in place anymore. But that means a new winter jacket, without the thought “Actually, it’s still good; I’ll keep it another year.” 

I haven’t worked a single stitch today and I’m completely undecided. I dug out a pair of socks from 2020. Summer socks... let’s see if I can still manage the pattern; once again, I didn’t write anything down. 

I crocheted a pumpkin today. I’d actually had enough already, but I liked Petra’s pumpkin so much. The next one is already in the works...

That turned out beautifully. Using gradient yarn. I have to try that, too. 

And here’s No. 2.

Well, I didn’t get much crafting done over the past two days: Monday’s meeting lasted from 7 to 10 p.m., and yesterday I first attended a seminar in Lucerne, played volleyball in the late afternoon, and had an English lesson in the evening… At least the child’s sock grew by a heel and a few rows of the foot during the train ride, and I also added a few rows to the big project. Now I’m going to treat myself to a few rows of DF again!
