Sweater vests are the new fall trend for 2021

Dear users, dear authors,
do you like sweater vests = sleeveless pullovers? Then you can stock up, because sweater vests are on trend, perhaps also oversized or with a style contrast.

..... so if I go through my UFO box now looking for “unfinished” sweaters (because usually a sleeve is missing), I could send them “out into the world” and claim, “This is in style” 😂🙈.... Sure, I’d knit another row or two around the armhole, but I’d skip the sleeves....
I often have a hard time with what’s “in” — depending on who’s come up with the latest trend, you’re supposed to — or even have to — add to your wardrobe, and somehow it all feels like it’s all been here before.... Good thing the clothing industry almost exclusively produces clothes that, after a year of wear, just look like “rags” anyway — otherwise, they’d be making very little money 🙈
I only wear what I like, so I guess I’ll end up knitting sleeves after all....

I’m not sure about white ones, but I like them oversized, since I usually pull my sleeves up because they get in the way. With sleeveless sweaters, I wear a thin shirt underneath and still keep my back and chest warm. 

Oh, I think the oversized styles are really casual and appealing! But I can only wear jackets—with my hot flashes, I need to be able to put them on and take them off quickly, so I can’t exactly pull another kilogram of wool over my face. :-)
