For these unique Christmas tea light holders, you’ll need much less than one skein, unless you want to crochet different colors as shown in the picture. For one tea light holder, you only need about 10 g of Catania Glamour (LL 142 m / 50 g), which means you can make up to 5 tea light holders from a single skein. What a lovely little Christmas gift for someone you’d like to bring a little joy to!

A small scrap of cotton yarn is also all you need for the little polar bear keychain. You can make the scarf from a few colorful leftover threads too.

You can also crochet the Halloween lantern with the spooky skull from a partially used ball of black cotton yarn; you’ll need about 30 g for it. It makes a great little gift to bring to a Halloween party!  An empty jam jar is crocheted around with the skull pattern and filled with candy. Once the sweets have been eaten, an LED tea light is placed inside, and you have this spooky lantern.
