I went to the doctor today...

He diagnosed nerve inflammation in my lower back and gave me a cortisone shot right into my sacroiliac joint. I’ve been feeling better and better ever since—hope it stays that way.

Dear Inge, what a relief when the pain eases. I’m keeping my fingers crossed that the inflammation clears up completely.
