Train Ride and Strike

I’m curious to see what awaits me tomorrow with Deutsche Bahn, because I have an appointment at a clinic tomorrow. So I’ll be taking the train tomorrow. 
The S-Bahn to Stuttgart is supposed to leave at 5:07 a.m., and then I have to travel on to Bavaria. 
I’ve already sent my big suitcase ahead. I’m sure I’ll get there before the suitcase does.
I have to be at the clinic by 10 a.m. It remains to be seen.

Dear Gabi, I’ll keep my fingers crossed that your trip goes reasonably well and that you make it to the clinic on time. One thing’s for sure: they can’t start without you. And other than that, I wish you all the best for the appointment itself.

Everything will be fine with the train connections. You’re always a little nervous when you have to change trains, after all.

I just read that there’s going to be another strike on the trains tomorrow too, but I’m keeping my fingers crossed that despite everything you’ll still manage to get to your appointment on time.

I wasn’t able to travel by train at short notice, so I was driven there and picked up again by car.

13 days I was in the dermatology clinic.

Now I’m back home.
