What’s the difference between a tunic, a tunic blouse, a blouse, and a shirt? It would be great if someone could explain this.

It’s just a fashion trend—it depends on the year it came on the market.

It’s not just a fashion trend. For example, a tunic doesn’t have buttons like a blouse or a shirt does. Tunics have been around since the early Middle Ages; what has changed somewhat are the modern cuts and fabrics.
