I Googled the term first and then realized that it’s nothing other than what we did 50 years ago during those long evenings on a sailing course in Holland: making artistic objects or jewelry out of rope by tying knots. Back then, we mainly made bracelets and anklets. So it’s not really that new—just something old that’s come back into fashion—like so many things...
