Wiggly Crochet / 3D Crochet

Dear users, dear authors,
would anyone like to share something about Wiggly Crochet / 3D Crochet?

I hadn’t heard of this type of crochet before. Since I love granny squares, I’m going to take a closer look at it.

It looks really interesting. You probably need more yarn than with regular crochet. But it also seems to be very dense. I could definitely see myself making a blanket with it. 

I just watched a video about it—I hadn’t heard of it before either.

As a blanket, it would definitely be very cozy and kind of “fluffy.” It makes you want to “fiddle” with it with your hands 😁
I also think it would require a lot of yarn.... but don’t we have more than enough in our stash????
