Beetles in July

Hi, I just spotted this beetle on the patio.

I’m familiar with cockchafers and June beetles. But what kind of beetles are out and about in July that look very similar? It’s definitely not a Colorado potato beetle.

Have any of you spotted little critters like this in July? Is nature running a bit later than usual this year?

I’m not really familiar with that either. I saw May beetles for the first time this year.
