With a Bobbel, you can add color to your projects without changing skeins.

Sama

an RVO sweater for beginners that can be easily adjusted to the desired size.
For the RVO shown, 140 g of 3-ply yarn (50% cotton, 50% acrylic) is needed.

Another way to use a Bobbel is the 88 x 88 cm Mureki tablecloth.
It requires approximately 485 g of 4-ply yarn (50% cotton, 50% polyacrylic).

The 16-page PDF file includes written instructions, photos, and a supplementary crochet chart.

1) Tunic "Turquoise" with batwing sleeves in a trendy oversized look. The tunic is crocheted with an effect yarn and stands out with its unusual cut.

2)  Tunic "Arielle": The pattern works up quickly and easily, using a gradient yarn cake.

I absolutely love teddy yarn for stuffed animals—it makes them so incredibly cuddly. To make it easier to see the stitches while crocheting, I always work with a thin cotton yarn in a similar color alongside it. You won’t see it afterward, but while crocheting, it helps you see and feel where to insert the hook.
The teddy bear and the little monkey in the picture below are actually covers for grain pillows. The body—the actual cover—is crocheted from cotton yarn because it’s more heat-resistant, but the head and limbs are made from teddy yarn.

Thanks to the plush yarn, children also love these pillows as stuffed animals. How lovely it is in winter when a warm little animal is waiting in bed at night to cuddle with!

This cardigan for toddlers from 1.5 years is knitted with cotton Bobbel yarn. It has been expanded color-wise with stripes in matching leftovers. Very easy to knit.

This scarf, loop scarf, or stole—combinable however you like—is made with fine gradient yarn to create a truly unique piece. I used fine hand-dyed yarn here. The pretty lace pattern can easily be adjusted in width and length.

Items knitted with bouclé cotton always create especially beautiful textures. This vest is shaped at the waist and has vertical stripes. An additional flattering effect, because it also makes the vest look slimming. Made and described in size 40/42.

Bobbel, gradient, and novelty yarn ... well, I’ve had those on my hook and needles too—and these beautiful designs are what came out of it. For more information, pictures, and the pattern, just click on the headings.

Endless Blanket for Crochet Beginners

This 70 x 70 cm blanket is crocheted from one Bobbel. If you want it larger, you would need 2 Bobbels or one with a longer yardage. In any case, the gentle color gradient is created all by itself. Only 2 types of stitches alternate throughout.

Baby Sleep Sack, Swaddle Sack in 2 Sizes

Here, too, the play of colors comes straight from the ball of yarn. It’s always a wonderful surprise, and that makes it really fun. All babies love kicking around in the breathable, soft merino wool with plenty of legroom. Nothing slips out of place because the double ribbed cuff fits snugly and also keeps the little tummy and kidneys nice and warm.

Fluffy Baby Blanket

This is an example of a novelty yarn. This fluffy yarn is truly super cuddly and doesn’t shed. You can knit wonderful baby blankets with it. The border is crocheted around it at the end. The blanket is also ideal for photo shoots.
