What unique materials have you crocheted with... or what kinds of things can you crochet with?

I’m looking for different materials besides the usual ones you can crochet with...

I’ve already tried jewelry wire... leather and suede ribbons, cord...

It should be something you can crochet with a hook size of at least 0.75 but no larger than 2.

Maybe something like horsehair, silk threads, very sturdy grasses... Unusual things like that.

Off the top of my head, I also thought of raffia, which you might be able to crochet with using a 2 mm hook. 

Unfortunately, I’ve never crocheted with materials like that before. I’m curious to see if anyone has any suggestions and maybe even shows pictures.
