Hardworking little helpers: How’s the weather where you are? What are you working on?

Dear users, dear authors,
dear little helpers,
how’s the weather? What are you working on today?

The last few days have been like a nonstop sauna. Today, after the heavy thunderstorm, it’s nice to breathe easy again.

Despite everything, my needles have been busy in the garden. And that’s how this pretty “Paris” placemat came to be—it’ll be finished soon.

I took advantage of the cool weather today to iron my basket of laundry—it had been sitting there and was already getting on my nerves—and I just took my rolls for tonight out of the oven. That’s enough for today; I don’t feel like sewing.
