Order

I placed an order early Friday morning, but it hasn't arrived. For whatever reason, I keep getting told "PDF," but there's nothing there.

If there’s nothing there, please contact support.
If you paid by bank transfer, it will of course take a few days for that to be processed.
In general, orders here are not sent by email; there are only downloads.
