Personal Information Not Approved—How Long Should I Wait?

Hi everyone,

I’m new here and wanted to sell my patterns. I followed all the instructions, but I’m stuck.

When I click “Upload,” I get the message: “Some settings are still missing. Please enter the required information on the Personal Information page.”

I entered this information yesterday, but it hasn’t been approved yet. The message “Your personal information has been updated; it will be active after it has been checked. Show the new information awaiting approval” appears.

How long does this take?

Good morning, where exactly is the place where you’re supposed to enter the required information on the “Personal Information” page? 

I looked in the settings but couldn’t find anything labeled “Personal Information.” Maybe you could also contact support. 

It’s about the city, ZIP code, and street name. I wrote to support. Let’s see what they say. Thanks in advance
