Thank you so much for asking. I’m happy with April. It’s spring, so there are bound to be ups and downs—just like in real life. You just have to keep your focus on the good things. And now summer is coming—that’s something to look forward to, isn’t it?

Dear Josefa,
my April was a mixed bag, both in terms of tutorial sales and my personal life. Having to stay almost entirely at home because of Achilles tendonitis is really frustrating, but I see light at the end of the tunnel—starting in mid-May, I’ll be able to move around more again.
I hope the summer brings a bit more success in business as well, but the competition just keeps getting tougher every day, which is ultimately a good thing. 

April was lovely. We had some beautiful, warm days and were even able to eat on the patio. The garden is in bloom, and all the turtles have woken up from hibernation.

  I’ve used up a bit of my yarn stash; unfortunately, I couldn’t go shopping since they closed everything again. Have a wonderful holiday and a relaxing weekend, too—it’s raining here, so I’m on the sofa knitting. 

What a great month… finally back in the garden crocheting again…

Weather-wise, April was way too cold and not very nice.
My highlight in April was getting my first COVID-19 vaccine—it really lifted my spirits.

to be honest, it could be a little warmer. I love crocheting and working on the balcony, but unfortunately I haven’t been able to do that very often so far, and when the weather was nice, I had to work—but what else can you expect? *laughs*

I’m also eagerly awaiting my first vaccine dose. I hope you tolerated it well.
My boyfriend has tolerated it well so far.
