Amigurumi Cat with a Ruffled Dress

So far, I’ve only had really well-written patterns from you guys. But the pattern for the cat is absolutely terrible. The photos are totally distorted. And the pattern for the ruffled dress is completely incomplete! All the instructions for the top are missing. The structure is totally unclear.
I’m definitely not a beginner, but this just won’t work. Could you please send me a proper and complete pattern for the ruffled dress?
