As far as I know, it’s a type of neckline with a border in a wavy or scallop shape—so no sharp points, but rather rounded ridges.
Does anyone here know more about it?

“Scallop” means “scallop shell.” I’m guessing it’s a neckline on a dress or top that’s edged with a curved, shell-shaped pattern?

Not with an actual scallop shell, just a neckline that resembles the shape of a scallop shell.
