I need help with a crochet pattern

Hello!
I ordered an English crochet pattern for a cardigan. So far it was going quite well, and with the help of a list of abbreviations I was able to translate almost everything. But now I’m missing an entire section, or rather I just can’t make sense of it at all. Does anyone here have experience with English crochet patterns and could maybe help me?
