Posting Videos on Crazy Patterns

Hi,
I created a pattern with a video. My video is in MP4 format. However, I wasn't able to post it.
Has anyone had experience with this? Should I upload the video as a ZIP file?

I’ve included videos with some of my patterns as well, also in MP4 format. They were uploaded in this format. I haven’t had any trouble uploading them so far. Could it be that your video file is too large? support can surely help you better.

I tried using MP4 too, and it didn’t work. I ended up uploading the video to YouTube and including the link in the pattern.

It works for me too when I upload videos directly—I use .mp4... so far, everything has loaded quickly. If you try to upload in the wrong format, the program will even let you know which file formats are allowed... like .mp4... and others.

Hi, I’ve looked into the topic of uploading videos to CP too :) 
The size isn’t the problem, because you can upload up to a maximum file size of 10 gigabytes.
That’s a huge amount.
Even my 2-hour video tutorial doesn’t come anywhere near that :) 

supported formats: mov, mpeg4, mp4, mpg, avi, wmv, mpegps, flv, 3gpp, webm, mkv
are actually the most common ones; if necessary, just convert it. 

The most important thing, though, is the aspect ratio, meaning that if you don’t use a 4:3 format, the video won’t upload or will show an error message. 

That’s what I found out :) 

I also think it’s because of the image format.
